Vision:

IAAR strives hard to be at the vanguard in multidisciplinary research and build a community of researchers to support each other beyond the geographical, linguistic and disciplinary boundaries for teachers’ development, research and publications.

Mission:

To build and sustain a community of teachers and researchers across the nations irrespective of disciplines to promote quality research in general as well as multidisciplinary research and to support the new generation researchers to imbibe success in research.

Concept Note:

International Association of Academics and Researchers (IAAR) is intended to become a Community Platform for educators and researchers for academic, research and self-development support in terms of research guidance, funding guidance and publication support in Multidisciplinary domains. It will play as a bridge to connect researchers and take their respective research worldwide. We extend the invitation to senior professors and researchers to help the new generation community members in terms of guidance and time for the benefit of the fraternity. This organize will serve as the eco-system to strengthen academics and research.

Body:

IAAR will have a formal structure. Professional Membership will be made open and a committee will be given rights to invite honorary members. It would be a professional association functioning not for profit. International, National, State wise and Chapter Wise office bearers will be appointed through a formal and legal channel on honorary basis. Later, institutions also will be provided membership. Vedant Foundation – Rajkot, mother institution of IAAR is bearing all the expenses and dedicating valuable time for the development of IAAR.

• To organize conferences and publish journals, research books collaboratively for the betterment of research fraternity and society

Activities:

1. Teachers’ Development Programmes

   IAAR strives hard to uplift the education system starting from primary to higher education. Various developmental programmes will be organized on basis of research and need analysis. FDPs, SDPs, teachers’ self-development and institutional development programmes will be organized on regular basis. Experts from across the globe will be connected. Educational Summits and best teaching practices exchange programmes will take place. Experts and learners from one country will get opportunities to visit the other countries during exchange programmes. Institutes will be provided platform to connect with other institutions globally. Guest experts can be invited for the guidance. This will also serve the purpose of cultural exchange programme.

2. Collaborate for Books Drafting and Publications

   IAAR invites researchers to write a book/book chapter individually or in collaboration with other researchers/ members of this group. This will build a bridge between scholars from the same or different disciplines. Themes will be decided mutually. IAAR promotes peer to peer collaborations and multidisciplinary collaborations. Through IAAR official platforms, updates will be shared on a timely basis.

   Experts from IAAR will help you to connect with people, publishers, FREE PLAGIARISM CHECK in authentic software (ex. Turnitin, Urkund), guidance, validation, data collection, infrastructural support (if possible in your region), financial support (in special cases only) and all sorts of intellectual support etc. Vedant Foundation is the CSR unit of Vedant Educational Services. Vedant Publications is part of VES. It is not mandatory to publish with Vedant Publications only. But IAAR, Vedant Foundation will certainly get financial benefits and other support from Vedant Publications & Educational Services all the time.

4. A series of webinars on Research

   Research is a collaborative work. Senior, experienced researchers may have earned expertise in one or other domains. New generation researchers must be striving hard to brush up their research skills. IAAR loves to connect both, senior and junior researchers for learning and guidance. Series of webinars on RESEARCH and various sub branches of research are planned by IAAR. Distinguished speakers - researchers will guide in these sessions. Each session will be interactive, followed by Q & A.

   Researchers may send their questions, queries, support requests or concerns to IAAR office bearer/s. They will help them to connect with an expert to get the solution of their query. Please note that experts and IAAR administrators are serving on an honorary basis and they are all having their professional – personal schedules, hence providing enough time to address your concerns.

5. Organizing Research Conferences, Summits and Award Ceremonies

   IAAR, on regular intervals would like to organize and conduct qualitative research conferences in collaboration with premier institutions in multidisciplinary domains. Across the countries and regions, conferences will be organized and best practices will be recorded- shared with the fraternity. Online as well as offline conferences with best speakers, relevant themes and unique features at affordable fees would take place. Through these conferences, fraternity will get to know about the best researchers and their research. Felicitation in the form of awards, honor and prizes will be the permanent feature of such conferences. IAAR members will also get the opportunity to avail special benefits in such conferences. This platform will also share the information about various conferences taking place across the globe.

   IAAR will also organize the Educational Summits and Award ceremonies attracting best talents. It will build a bridge for countries, institutes, individuals and edu-industry to collaborate and fly high in respective domains.

6. Research Guidance

   IAAR always likes to promote discourse method in academia and research. Experts on IAAR platform would love to guide and help the young generation researchers. Researchers from any domain can seek help through this platform. Process will be transparent and accessible for everyone. There would be no charges for any sort of guidance related to research, publications, research ethics etc. Starting from basic questions, topic selection, funding, analysis, plagiarism, ethics or be it any query, complete guidance will be provided on this platform. Meaningful initiatives will be taken and events be organized for the benefit of fraternity.

   Guidance to Doctoral, Post-Doctoral Scholars and Research Fellows

   It is being observed that starting from selection of research topics to complete the work many young scholars have to struggle a lot. Sometimes it is resources that are lacking. Considering it a moral responsibility of all of us, we urged the experts and designated guides of the universities across disciplines at global level to come forward and donate their time and let the legacy of their excellence continue through the new generation.

   On this platform, any research scholar can raise their questions, doubts, queries; problems, concerns and need of help appeal. Experts from respective fields will come forward to address the problem with solutions.

7. Guidance and Support for Funding

   IAAR is a collaborative platform, having expert members from the range of domains with expertise will guide everyone for their concerns on Funding Agencies, process and respective support required. There would be a lot of collaboration opportunities for individuals as well as institutions (academia-industry both).

   Vedant Foundation Funded Research Projects:

   IAAR is funded by Vedant Foundation – Rajkot (NGO). It has a provision for research grants in some special projects. Research which can benefit mankind in real sense will be identified by inviting proposals or by forming committees. Such areas would be made open for research and in various capacities research grants will be provided. Infrastructural Support, Financial Support, Publication Support, Guidance Support, Collaboration support are a few services offered to the fraternity. Globally, any individual can apply for the grants. Institutes can not apply for it.

8. Author Individual Indexing support in Google Scholar and other Platforms

   It is important for an individual to index his/her research papers/articles/profile on platforms like Google Scholar for easy reference of fraternity members. It also adds value in individual profile, API, institutional profile and so on. In case any members need indexing guidance or support, IAAR will help. Important information and procedure for indexing will be shared on a timely basis. Collectively we can help each other in case of apt citations and indexing of each other.

9. Professional Membership

   IAAR would serve as the professional body to support and enhance the research in general and promote multidisciplinary research. For all these activities, formal registration, formal structure is needed. Hence professional membership invitation is open for senior most to junior researchers, professors, industry experts to give, take and share the wisdom. IAAR through its professional body will function and serve the research fraternity and mankind respectively.

Association Format/ Leadership

• International to Chapter wise leaders will be appointed by a permanent committee. Permanent committee will monitor and guide all chapters and leaders on timely basis.
• Office bearers like President, Vice- President, Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Committee Members will be appointed at all levels and each team would be provided with one mentor and advisor positions.
• Chapters will be given powers to function as individual entity answerable to the higher leadership.
• Identity card and authorization powers will be assigned respectively.
