I’m Ready!, A two hour activity based workshop on Menstrual Hygiene Management covers all scientific and biological aspects of periods. In the journey we could train more than 4900 adolescent girls and want to reach 1.6 million girls across Gujarat by 2023. I’m Ready! Training is imparted free of cost which includes pre-periods, during periods and post-period science and complete guidance of do’s and don'ts along with sanitary napkins and comic book.

2 hours activity based workshop on MHM and 30 minutes on Self Defence Training .
